We provide ATM placement and vending machine distribution services for businesses in Pennsylvania, Texas, and surrounding service areas.

By checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Gold Mine ATM's at the phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of receiving any service from us.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Gold Mine ATM's is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier as a result of receiving our messages.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. To re-opt in after opting out, reply START.

No Third-Party Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

Our messaging program is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary. We are not liable for delays or failures in message delivery due to carrier issues beyond our control.

5. Email Marketing Communications

If you provide your email address and consent to receive marketing communications, Gold Mine ATM's may send you promotional emails including service announcements, business updates, and special offers. All email marketing from Gold Mine ATM's complies with the CAN-SPAM Act.

• Every marketing email will clearly identify Gold Mine ATM's as the sender
• Every marketing email will include a clear and functional unsubscribe link
• We will honor all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days
• Our physical mailing address or registered agent information will be included in all commercial emails
• We will not use deceptive subject lines or misleading sender information

To unsubscribe from email marketing at any time, click the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly at [email protected]. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional or service-related emails.

6. Calendar Invites and Scheduling Communications

As part of our service process, Gold Mine ATM's may send calendar invites or scheduling confirmations via email to coordinate site assessments, installations, and service appointments. These communications are transactional in nature and are tied directly to your service request. You may decline or cancel any calendar invitation at any time without affecting your eligibility for our services.

Gold Mine ATM's does not currently use website analytics or tracking technologies. However, in the future we may implement tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (Facebook), or similar services to better understand how visitors interact with our website.
